Gamboa Early Career
Gamboa was very enthusiastic about playing football from a very young age. He started his football journey entering his home state team Municipal Liberia since 2004. After his successful stint with Liberia, he moved to Norwegian club, Fredrikstad in the time between 2010/11 season. For the club, Gamboa played 27 games.
In 2011, Gamboa made his way to Danish Club, FC Copenhagen and launched his career for the Danish team over Standard Liege. Similarly, he was the member of the FC Copenhagen that won 2011/12 Danish Cup.
During his stay at Copenhagen, Gamboa moved to Norwegian club, Rosenborg BK as a part of a loan from FC Copenhagen in 2012.
