Lee Yong was invited for the senior squad of South Korea on 14th August 2013 to play the match over Peru, under the coach Myung-Bo Hong.

FIFA World Cup 2018

In May 2018, Go Yo-Han was included in the final list of South Korean’s 23-man provisional squad for the 2018 World Cup, Russia. His first match in FIFA World Cup 2018 came over Sweden, but sadly, they lost the match over Sweden contributing 1-0 defect. Following suit, they again got a defect their second match by 1-2 to Mexico. Eventually, the third match came to the victory against Germany but they didn’t go further due to their loss in the first and second match.
